The shipping fee is fixed at USD $3.49 per item. All payments are currently handled by PayPal. You do not need to register a PayPal account to pay through PayPal with a credit card. Note that PayPal offers you a complete money-back guarantee. Please let us know if you don't like PayPal and if you would like to pay by cheque, DD, money order, bank transfer, etc. We accept any payment methods. The DVDs are sent from India as Registered Post, which is a very reliable and affordable method, and normally reaches any country in the world in 10-15 days. In case you require for the DVDs to be sent by courier, please contact us for the shipping quote. If you would like to alter your order, please bear in mind that we process all orders within 24 hours. We cannot do anything when the DVDs have already been shipped. Please make sure you type your address correctly. The responsibility for any undelivered, unclaimed, lost, etc. packages will be yours. We do ship to P.O.Boxes, the addresses listed by PayPal as Unverified, and even the address that is not your billing address. We do not bear any responsibility in such cases. If the DVDs have been damaged in transit, or cannot be played on stand-alone DVD players or dvd_ROMs, you must inform us within 24 hours of their receipt and return them unscratched if you would like a replacement. The payments for the unused, unopened, undamaged DVDs in a re-saleable condition can be refunded if you return them to us within 30 days of the receipt of the items. All postage associated with the returns, replacements, re-shipments, is to be paid by the customer. The items must be sent either by registered post or by courier. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time without notice. |
