This DVD covers a set of essential exercises that help develop the dancers’ static and dynamic balance, flexibility, speed, strength, spatial orientation, overall muscle control that results in the dancer's being able to perform any movement at any speed in a smooth manner. There are also special exercises for eye and finger control. The warm-up exercises and stretches help prevent common injuries. Although these are the physical exercises, they also produce certain effects on our pranas and on our mind, which is explained in this video. So for instance, the exercises that develop the balance also automatically develop our mind's ability to focus. The spacial orientation exercises expand the center of our self-awareness. The exercises are demonstrated by different dancers in order to explain the different stages and different possible amplitudes of each exercise.
